Having grown up on a farm, working with fresh produce is the life she’s always known. With a background in teaching, her approach to work is strategic. Helping growers find their point of difference, telling their unique story, and building brands that customers want to buy.
With 20 years in the industry, from hands-on growing to major retail account management, Caroline has the experience and knowledge to look after it all.
Facts about Caroline.
Caroline is a real foodie, always seeking out fine foods and wine (she is yet to sample Hayley’s husband’s homebrew, probably for the best!) and likes to visit local restaurants with her husband when she isn’t on a hockey, football, or rugby pitch, cheering on her two boys.
She loves to travel and even once played her clarinet in concert on Polish radio.
Getting her hands dirty has never been a problem, as a child she always wanted to grow up to be a vet for camels!
With a background in Architecture and a keen eye for detail, Hayley’s creative flair brings a unique perspective to any creative challenge.
She is highly organised and always ready to take on new challenges, working with clients to come up with new ideas and ways they can market their business to its full potential.
Facts about Hayley.
Born and bred in Bridgnorth, Shropshire she can often be found playing dress up princesses with her two daughters. She loves to go walking with her Jack Russell, Beverley and likes to fit in a few 5k runs a week which is where she often comes up with most of her new ideas. On a weekend she loves a red wine (mainly her husbands homebrew) and a nice bit of homemade grub.

Climate Change and Sustainability Advisor
Having grown up on a farm, Sarah has an affinity for the land, albeit more from the geographical and ecological perspectives. Studying Geography at Oxford University gave her the chance to specialise in climate change and sustainability. This has grown into something of a passion of hers, and for the past 10 years she has been teaching about these subjects within the education sector. From explaining the science of climate change and anthropogenic influences, to mitigation and adaptation strategies, she is able to offer training and guidance to help businesses move towards a carbon neutral and environmentally sound future.
Facts about Sarah.
Sarah’s first career was somewhat different - flying helicopters in the RAF - but her experience of life in war zones certainly gives her a different perspective on life! Returning to her agricultural roots she can usually be found outdoors with her chickens, walking her sheepdog Pip or supporting her daughter in her many hobbies and sports. Married to a man who could rival Attenborough in his knowledge of the natural world, it’s no wonder that most of her family time is spent in the great outdoors!

Facts about Kaye.
I live in a house full of boys so spend most of my ‘free’ time dodging nerf bullets and footballs. Swimming has always been a big part of my life, but I have recently discovered the joys of open water swimming, especially when it’s cold! I have a habit of buying crafting books and never using them, that also goes for the sewing machine gathering dust in the corner of the room, one day maybe, but for now I’ll enjoy relaxing in front of the TV with a cold glass of wine.
