What's In Season When?

Eating seasonally has its benefits. Food is cheaper as its in abundance and hasn’t travelled a long way. The foods in season are high in nutrients and minerals that our bodies need at that time of the year. It is better for then environment, as reduced energy is needed for growth and reduced CO2 emissions as less transport is needed. And it supports the local economy.
